By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

Orders must be placed through the website and are subject to availability. Please ensure all details including date, flavour, size, and design requests are correct at the time of ordering.

A minimum notice period may apply depending on the cake design and availability.

Payments

Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your order and event date. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Custom Designs

Inspiration photos are welcome, however cakes are not replicated exactly. They are used as a guide for style, colour, and overall design. Each cake is handcrafted and slight variations may occur.

Changes to Orders

Changes to orders may be possible if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date, depending on preparation progress.

After this time, changes may not be possible.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made as soon as possible.

Due to the preparation and planning involved, short notice cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all cake sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Pickup

Customers are responsible for transporting the cake safely once it has been collected. Cakes should be placed on a flat, stable surface in the vehicle and kept cool.

Once the cake leaves the premises, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Delivery

Delivery is available to selected areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic or circumstances outside of our control.

Once the cake has been delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Cake Care

Cakes should be kept refrigerated until shortly before serving. Buttercream cakes are sensitive to heat and should be stored in a cool environment.

For best results, remove the cake from the fridge 1–2 hours before serving.

Allergies

Products are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. While care is taken during preparation, allergen-free products cannot be guaranteed.

Decorative Elements

Decorative items such as flowers, wafer paper, and toppers may vary slightly depending on availability while maintaining the overall design and style.

Liability

Once a cake has been collected or delivered and set up, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or environmental conditions such as heat.
