How far in advance should I place my order?

For cakes listed on the website, please place your order at least 3 days in advance. Custom cakes or larger celebration cakes may require more notice depending on the design. I recommend booking early to secure your date.


Do you make custom cakes?

Yes! If you're after something more personalised, you can submit a request through the Custom Cake Enquiry form with your event date, servings, flavour preference, and any inspiration photos.


What cake flavours do you offer?

Flavours vary depending on the cake, but popular options include:

• Vanilla
• Chocolate
• Lemon
• Strawberry Cream

Each cake product page will show the available flavour options.


Can I request custom colours?

Absolutely. Many of the cakes can be customised to suit your colour theme or event styling. Simply leave a note when ordering with your preferred colours.


Do you copy cakes exactly from photos?

Inspiration photos are always welcome, but I don’t replicate cakes exactly. They are used as a reference for style, colours, and overall design, so each cake remains unique.


Do you offer delivery?

Yes, delivery is available to selected suburbs. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your location. Pickup is also available.


Where is pickup located?

Pickup details will be provided after your order is confirmed. I’m based in Sydney.


How many servings are your cakes?

Serving sizes depend on the cake size. As a general guide:

6 inch cake – approx. 10–20 servings
7 inch cake – approx. 20–30 servings
8 inch cake – approx. 30–40 servings

These are based on standard celebration slices.


Do you provide cake toppers?

Some cakes may include simple toppers or decorative elements. If you have a specific topper in mind, feel free to add it yourself or let me know and I can advise.


How should I store the cake?

Cakes should be kept refrigerated until a few hours before serving. For the best flavour and texture, allow the cake to sit at room temperature for 1–2 hours before serving.


Can I make changes to my order?

Changes may be possible if requested at least 72 hours before pickup or delivery, depending on the order.


What is your cancellation policy?

Orders cancelled with sufficient notice may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit. Short notice cancellations are not refundable as preparation may have already begun.


Do you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?

Cakes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts, so I cannot guarantee allergen-free products.


How do I contact you about my order?

You can submit an enquiry through the website and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.


Additional Information

Transporting your cake

Cakes should be transported on a flat surface in your car, ideally on the floor or in the boot where it won’t slide. Avoid placing cakes on seats as they are uneven and can cause the cake to move during transport.

Please drive carefully and avoid sudden braking or sharp turns.


Weather and buttercream cakes

Buttercream cakes are sensitive to heat, especially during warmer months. It’s important that cakes are kept refrigerated until shortly before serving and stored in a cool environment.

Once a cake leaves my care, I cannot be responsible for damage caused by heat, incorrect storage, or transport conditions.


Design flexibility

While I do my best to match requested colours and styles, cakes are handcrafted and artistic, so slight variations may occur. This ensures every cake is unique and made with care.


Flowers and decorations

Some decorative elements such as fresh flowers, wafer paper, or specialty toppers may vary slightly depending on availability, while still keeping the overall design and style consistent.


Late pickups

Please arrive within your selected pickup time window where possible. If you’re running late, just send a quick message so arrangements can be made.


Serving your cake

For the best taste and texture, remove your cake from the fridge 1–2 hours before serving to allow it to come to room temperature.
